Like our silent retreat, this four-day journey (9 AM to 5 PM) blends intentional teaching, stillness, and spacious reflection and plenty of time before and after to explore or even hangout with Di an the amazing host and hostess of this wonder place. You’ll begin with a heartfelt seminar led by Di, exploring accessible practices like breathwork, meditation, journaling, and body-based self-care. From there, you’ll be free to explore multiple reflection stations throughout the property—each offering a unique way to reconnect with yourself, your story, and your spirit.

This retreat is especially perfect for those looking to pair restoration with a little travel. Whether you’re craving a soul-deep pause or simply need a change of pace in a beautiful place, this is your gentle invitation to reset.

Accommodations are included, and we’ll also pick you up from the airport and drop you off—so you can truly relax and be cared for from start to finish.

While meals are not provided, we’ll all shop for our own food and enjoy cooking together—a cozy, communal experience that often sparks connection and laughter in the kitchen. We’ll go over those easy details when you call for more info.
